Dry Riesling wine

I prefer dry red wines, but got it into my head that I should try a dry Riesling (it was probably mentioned here on NCT).

So, I found one (I recognized it because it said "Dry Riesling" on the label :whistling:), chilled it and uncorked it last night to try with my lemony chicken breast dinner.

Delightful! Crisp and refreshing and almost as satisfying as a red!

It will be terrific this summer in the Back 40!

I love the Chateau St. Michelle wines. They have a very nice Pinot Gris and a Gewurztraminer that is very fruity and sweetish.

You chose wisely. If you ever get out here, a trip to their winery is a must. The whole Woodinville valley is fun of wineries now - distilleries and breweries. :bounce:
