1 Dozen Plain Donuts
1 Can of Sliced Pineapple
Foil
Cinnamon
Take and cut each donut in 1/2 sideways.
Place one slice of pineapple in between the two halves ; sprinkle with cinnamon.
Wrap up in foil and place in the fire.
Cook on each side for about 3 minutes ;take out of fire and enjoy.
 
Lucky, I just sent this to my New England BBQ Society group, with the note that this would be a terrific, easy midnight snack or breakfast at competitions!

I can't wait to try it myself! I would make some with Chimayo chile powder sprinkled on the pineapple instead of cinnamon.
