very cool. i was thinking of getting a new roasting pan because the rack in my old one is chipped and warped. i think i'll check this one out.
i've often thought that i wished my pan was bigger and the rack was farther above the pan so the back of the chicken would brown better. this looks like it would do the trick. i wonder if the fat and juices run down the lifter flange, though.
