It's been beautiful here all week... I should be grilling but have been doing yard work instead. I'm about a month ahead of schedule!:clap::clap:

Sorta been slacking in the dinner department this week while I do it, today I'm taking a break and roasting a big ol bone in pork loin roast..... going to try it Qsis' way starting at 450 dropping to 350. Roast potatoes and glazed carrots also.
Anyone else cooking?

I went grocery shopping this morning and bought a couple of steaks to cook for dinner, going to either do brown-rice or veggies and a mixed-green salad. :bounce:

Country style, bone-in pork ribs cooking low and slow in the oven with smoked sweet paprika and Cajun seasoning, layered salad (lettuce, celery, green onion, green pepper, frozen peas, dressing, shredded cheese, bacon bits), baked beans, cornbread.
Snow melting, but more expected this weekend...

Your dinner sounds great! Hopefully you'll get to enjoy spring soon (no more snow)...and welcome to NCT!

Thanks! I just took them out, smeared them with honey and tomato paste, put them back in the oven for a couple more hours. Nice and sunny out, maybe in the 50's... gotta love springtime in the Rockies!! Sun, snow, sun, snow, sun....
