steak & fries, carrots & broccoli. wendy's chili for lunch.

your dinner/meals this thursday~
 
A pot roast plain and simple. Got a 3 lb boneless chuck shoulder and figured it would be perfect for this. All ingredients on hand too so no trips to the store.
 
Son / DIL and Granddaughter came for supper tonight.

I made them sliced boneless Chix Breasts and breaded them.
Had pierogies... corn and a Bowl of Dunkin D's Munchkins for dessert!

my lunch/dinner of chili turned into just lunch- it wasn't the 'lil ones i usually get one.
my sil cooked dinner- pork, smashed potatoes, corn & doctored french-cut green beenz. yum.
 
Last night I made the "Fried Oyster Po' Boy" sandwiches I had to postpone from "Fat Tuesday". Great home-fried Chesapeake Bay oysters served on toasted Italian bread with Cornichon-&-hot-sauce spiked mayo & shredded Iceberg lettuce. Delicious!

Havin Clammies and Muscles and Scallops tomorrow for DD Mia's Party ..

She hit the 34th today.... My Ittu baby Girl is gwowin up...
Shes havin friends over tonight at her place for a Party....

Her BF filled her gas tank...took her to Bethlehem,PA to the Sands to try their luck.. She lost 60, and he gained 80....so they were happy.
Ate at Emerils and had her favorite..Squid, and Salmon with Noodles.
She said she was P!**ed cause she had to stop eatin meat from a appetizer because the clock struck 12 midnight, and she don't eat meat on Fridays.
All due to our training, and her up-bringing. L O L ...
 
I met some retired pilot buds at Ruby Tuesday. Dinner was BBQ'd chix, veggies, salad, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

I'm sure she will appreciate the clams.. Tonight it's all venison for her. Venison Chili / meatballs / jerkie..

venison. i like chili & 1 other way. that sounds good, all of it.

& thanx, yeah- 4 kids, they like kiddo food, so i was in all my glory to have veggies- canned or not. i was having veggie withdrawls so much this time i brought my own stash of fresh/frozen ones. even the baby picks veggies from food. she picks pcs. of chix & pasta, etc & noshes on those from the spoonfuls i put on her tray, & i sneak spoonfuls of the healthy stuff into her when she's focusing on feeding herself.
 
Lunch was a can of smoked kippered hearing and hot peppers with a hunk of stale italian bread... Good

Supper...Tina rolled out a crust from the blue tube and made a great sauce with carmelized onions..and made a pizza.

She put a Kentucky Butter Cake in the oven just now. That's for tomorrows eats. We have a B-day cake for DD's party bash tomorrow.
Lord...Give me the strength to cook tomorow. AMEN.
