'lil Chef
geez, just realized it's morning already:shock:. your dinner/food today....... i'm thinking of a stew.
head Chef is due to dial me w/ a conference call in a few hours- time to snooze! i'm shopping tonite fer food. we'll see.

yinz.......

Pulled out 1# of round streak from the freezer, so it will be Beef Stroganoff over one of the many pastas I have in the cupboard (no wide egg noodles though), with a side of steamed carrots & broccoli. The only "Cream of..." soup in the pantry is chicken, so I'll just make my own cream sauce so I don't have to venture out for one can of soup and noodles.

The hens I made yesterday were WONDERFUL... I have their bones simmering now and the kitchen is smelling great! Cornish game hen soup for dinner. :-)~

Beef stroganoff and cornish hen soup both sound delicious.

I took some pork loin chops out of the freezer. Not sure how I'll fix them yet although the breaded pork steaks that Joe posted the other day sure looked good.

WOW all those sound good!!

I cut up a whole pork loin into dinner portions, vac sealed them and froze them.

We will be having pasta and steamed brussels sprouts for dinner. I cleaned the sprouts and my DD will steam them and make the pasta.

I have a London broil ready to go for tonight. Haven't decide what vegetable to searve with the mashed potato's yet though leaning toward corn or peas. We don't close on week nights till 6 so we eat rather late usually between 7 and 8 PM.

Dinner and a Movie - Hot ham and cheese on foccacia (which is on its first rise right now--didn't make it the other night because I realized after I had mixed the flour and salt that I didn't have any yeast :bonk:) and The Kids are Alright for the movie.

I ended up making the pork chops in the pressure cooker. I made a stroganoff kinda gravy with egg noodles and spinach.

The strogenoff was tasty, but the round steak needed more cooking time to get tender. Glad we both still have all of our own teeth.:yum:

Wow...everyone's meals and plans sound great.

Mama...Outstanding looking!

Joe... As when we were kids, we would say,"Ma, the meat is tough, and she would say,"chew it more..that's why God gave you teeth!"

Tina Baby got home from her Pennsylvania shopping spree!
She brought me cold cuts of Ham / Pickle Pimento / and Pastrami
I just had a sammie on fresh thick cut seeded rye bread.

The prize was.. three boxes of hot fresh Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.
I had one glazed..and one jelly with powdered sugar on. I have my eye on two more glazed ones..and I have to wait till I shower and change in to more relaxing clothing.
Haaaaaa...especially around the waist.

My way to remove unwanted Belly Fat???... Eat more till you grow so big that the belly fat will no longer be the outstanding feature! L O L ...:yum:
