Salmon, baked potato and peas for me.
I pan fried the salmon in butter and sesame oil, after rubbing it with a little brown sugar and Old Bay.

We made it home without incident today.
We had cheese, crackers, and russet apples from my bud in Iowa’s tree.

Today I'll make creamy beef and noodles.
It's 1 lb of ground beef- add 1 can of cream of celery soup + 1 c sour cream -- add cooked egg noodles.

Thanks rm... It's amazing that you mentioned that plate because we we had a battle over it. I said paper plate, and Tina said"No No No....Hon"...You will get paper on your food, and I said "they can explode." We had 3 of those correll ( sp. ) plates blow up into shreds of glass during our meal just sitting on the table waiting to be plated. LOL ... She Won.

I like looking for the perfect chuck roast.
Friday night my bud, Andy, is coming over for supper. I’ll get fillets mignon but will also look for chuck eyes.

It's Corning ware. There was an article, that the plates made in Corning, NY made plates that could explode if bumped or dropped at certain times. The glass was supposedly pressed under HIGH Pressure, when produced. They were sold as the dishware that won't break if dropped. Yeah! HELLOooo.

Well VA has me set up with Oxygen.
I have portable indigen unit, it is light
And I can carry it either way me.
I have big unit that’s on wheels. It sets between my bedroom & Office. They also left me a tank on two wheels. I’m not on oxygen 24 hours, But it is nice to know I have it when I need it. I use to panic.
I’ve been mostly eating frozen or take out.
I picked up a Rotisserie chicken . Made 3 meals. My dog got a lot, a made a chicken broth, & the rest of the Chicken I have stewing
In a large can of chopped up tomatoes. Celery, onion,, green pepper & Jalapeno. I’ll put that over rice. B U T- I want that Pork Chop Majestic. Looks great Lee.

Well, that changed a bit. Neither one of us wanted to go out again to get lettuce so we are having BOT sandwiches. One of our neighbor's was just here and left us a half loaf of zucchini bread from our garden. She watered our gardens while we’re gone and told her help herself to whatever. We sent her home with a big handful of jalapeños.

Oh that's great Dan that you got the O2 Machine 's. I have the same set up. I use the 2Liter all the time, except when I'm sitting quietly. The portable one is what call "My Fanny Pack.....That one gets me to the Dr. appointments. I boost it up to 3 Liter walking to the car and walking to the elevators and down the hallways at the Dr's. It plugs into the car's lighter socket to save battery capacity. Remember, O2 is a Healer. Use It.
