Today I'm working again, so it's going to be leftover stew and birthday cake for me at dinner.

Pier 66 wings. Pier 66 is (or maybe was given COVID) a restaurant. Wings are roasted, blasted with a mix of orange marmalade, tamari/soy, and minced garlic, then tossed with toasted coconut and white part of green onions once done. Carrot slaw as a side.

London broil via sous vide at 131 for 10 hours. What was left went back into bag as needs to cook for a little more. Not quite as tender as I wanted. Leftovers will be steak sandwiches later in week. Roast carrots and fingerling potatoes as side. Horseradish sauce on steak.

This was super easy.
I used Tyson's grilled and ready chicken breast strips, small sliced onion, small sliced carrot, some frozen broccoli, minced garlic, cooked all that, then added some General Tso stir fry sauce.
Better than China Dragon! ?
