Dumb dinner for us. Buzz is having Ivar’s clam chowder with sourdough toast.

Supper was a fry up consisting of zucchini from our garden, sweet onions, ham, and eggs topped with cheddar cheese, and brown sauce on the side.
I've been running around shopping and some other errands.

Lee, I got a fresh rotisserie chicken at the store. I'll have some of it with Stove Top turkey stuffing (I think it tastes better) and some whole cranberry sauce - for tomorrow's dinner.

We ate at that mom and pop place. I had 4 ribs and a slice of brisket. Couldn’t have beer as no one working was 21. Ribs were fine, brisket so-so. The Mac and cheese was cold and dry… doubt I’ll be back.
Pretty good, but feel I should have added something green to the plate.
I also bought some brownies yesterday, not noticing they are gluten-free lol
Hopefully they're good.
Last time I had anything gluten-free - it was a piece of bread which I tried out of curiosity.

Hard chore for me. I made a big container of
Pork tenderloin Rice, & Big container of Chili. Those have been my meals since Saturday.
Tonight- fried Clams, Jalapeno poppers & Salad.

We are having Kevin’s Korean BBQ Beef and Japanese pre cooked rice all heated in microwave. No work.
I've been meaning to pick up one of the Kevin's meals again.

I cooked today. Errr should I say yesterday?. Just threw a couple top round steaks on the grill. Just salt and pepper. Cob Corn, and a salad that Tina made. Oh, I also with potatoes and onions I had saved, did make a foil pouch with olive oil and butter .
As I sit here at 2:55 am, we threw a NICE corned beef in the slow cooker with beer and spices.
That will be tomorrow's supper.....

John, I could not find the Kevin's Korean bbq beef, so I got the roasted garlic chicken in cream sauce. I'll have that tomorrow with basmati rice.
