Here was the meal Tina cooked. It was good but the only down was the Carbs. This is what puts on a Bean Belly. All our cousins and great greats had that over in Italy.
Save the spaghetti water and add olive oil and Garlic and spices with some grated Romano cheese. Cook till reduced a little. Add more grated cheese .... Mangia.
Oh! we all got happy at each other, and giggled until our bean bellies shook! LOL

Looks delicious, Jimmy!

My store had whole chickens on sale for $.99/lb this week and since the hot weather has finally backed off, I picked one up.

I doctored a box of Stove Top and stuffed the bird before roasting. Served with an overripe heirloom tomato. It was good, but I taste-tested too much of the stuffing when I made it, so only ate half of what I'd plated.

I made a great cheesesteak quesadilla out of thinly sliced leftover flank steak, shredded Mexican cheese blend, pico de gallo with a garden jalapeno and garden tomatoes. I used keto tortillas (no flavor, but worked fine as holders) and poured some Ken's Lite Ranch to dip, since my jalapeno is HOT!

Very good!
