After checking in to BW+ and filling the car we went To Oregon Grain Growers Distillery. The last time we had their carry out burgers and Bloody Mary’s during COVID, if you recall. I got a bottle of horseradish vodka - got another one today.
Anyway I got their Ghost of Shakey’s pizza, ate two pieces and was stuffed. It wasn’t that long ago I had a BK double whopper.

I'm making a "version" of Redneck Egg Rolls. Mine will be more like burritos, as I will be using flour tortillas and I will NOT be frying them once they are assembled. I think it will work just fine. Now I'm just thinking of what I might use as a sauce with them. I do have some horseradish sauce that I've made for another dish. That may work. Or I may just use some ranch sauce inside the burrito...![]()

It was great! We both liked it very much...I went with the horseradish sauce, on the side. DH asked for seconds with Ranch in the inside (I gave him that option for the first)...not a pretty plate, but very flavorful!I could see the ingredients in Ginny's link (not beef, but BBQ pork) but would have to sign up with email to see or print the whole recipe, which I am not willing to do.
That's why I prefer that members copy and paste their recipes here, as well as posting a link (for copyright reasons). Thanks for doing that, Ginny.
How did they turn out?
