Hi, all. We're heading off to a family potluck - burgers and whatever sides people are bringing. I heard my mom is doing some deviled eggs and blueberry-peach cobbler  Later, I'll post the salad I'm taking - most of the ingredients are fresh from my garden. Nom nom nom

What are you up to today?

Leftovers that I brought home from the cookout. Smoked bbq chicken, potato salad and baked beans with pulled pork. All the ribs went fast.

Bought a fake pizza crust but will make my own sauce for pizza tonight. I think we have both Canadian bacon and pepperoni plus tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and pinepple.

While I didn't make the chicken, tater salad or the beans, I did make the cornbread. Mama.. this is the second time I've made it. Used an 8x8 glass baking dish, didn't allow it to crust much, but it came out delicious and cakey, mouth watering even. :flowers:
I have to say yesterday was the first time I have ever had smoked meat.
John does a brilliant job with chicken and ribs.

My tummy was happy at dinner time.
