it's friday!
anyone cooking or 'goin anywhere good for dinner~

i've not given dinner much thought, though i'll venture to say it'll be chix in one form or another. gotta get it cooked stat, as i'm supposed to watch raynin & the boys saturday, & blake used all the foil so it can't be frozen into 'lil packets.
 
I really don't think I will have to cook or make anything today.
Tina babe is on a shopping spree at all the bargain stores / dollar stores / christmas tree shoppes in Pennsy today!
She was gonna try and stop at Komensky's Market in Duryea to pick up some pork steaks. Then she will pick me up a Pizza in Old Forge which is right next door to my cousins.
There is a Price Chopper there, and she is gonna stock up on butter which is on sale.

She is out shopping with my two cousins; so God only knows what bargains she will come home with.

I'm washing my clothes today! ( I don't like when DW uses that smelly stuff like perfume and softener in my clothes) hahahahahahaha Plus I like them rinsed in warm water. I'm not a cold water fan for washing clothes, or rinsing them. I like salt in the wash cycle. That makes the clothes soft. I don't like those dryer sheets either.
I guess I'm too fussy, but I hate when my clothes make me itchy from all those chemicals.L O L

Think I'll have a couple hot dogs to hold me over....after I fix the outdoor BBQ grill that rusted a bracket inside the lava rock holder screen. Grrrrrrr!!!!!!
If I get another year out of the grill that will suit me fine!

Well...the buzzer just went off on the dryer. got some folding to do now! hahahahaha
 
Well...the grill is fixed now! Keeping fingers crossed that it lasts the summer. It should from what I did to repair it! :bonk:

Well .... Here's a "I Tripple Dog Dare Me" hot dog!:readytoeat:
I put three hot dogs on One Bun. I figured the bun was big, so I just filled it with the three dogs I grilled. Slathered with mustard and green pickle relish.

I said to myself," There ya go Jimmy...yer on a diet now kid; eating only one hot dog!:yum:

Awwwww; pity me, that thou shall looseth so much weight eating in compacted quantity! ... *Slurp*! :bbq:

Looks good Dad. Where is the coleslaw and potato salad?

I picked up a couple of Paul Newmans pizzas for dinner tonight. I spent the afternoon at the veggie garden weeding and now I'm going to go work on the boisenberry vines. The salad is already made. With vodka in hand I'll go tackle some more weeds. :drink2:

Don't forget...a little splash of vodka on the face..keeps those pesky buggies away!
If that don't work.... a couple of good swigs will make anything go away!
I think I will have something strong myself right now since I'm writing about it! hahahaha....I have some Crown Royal. ummm! Smooooth!

jimmy, have a great time folding laundry. he-he. your dawgs look yummy.

i made (gasp!) chix strips again. if i'm taking care of a baby & 3 boys tomorrow, i'm gulping food now!

i was so hungry for fries, i was not going sans some form of fries & seeing as to how we've used all the normal potatoes (or if imperfect, tossed 'em), i was confronted by baby potatoes only. so i fried those as slices. they weren't that good.

The dipppins look good! One looks like Ketchup?

Honey Garlic is a great dip with the kids here. The BIG Kids! LOL
 
Oh Man! The skitters love me. They will literaly fly around anyone else to get to me. Itch! Itch! Same for chiggers, fleas, and anything else that bites. Just plain misery for me.

Geesh! You would think the alcohol would work.

What I use when in the yard at the evening hunting time for mosquito's looking for this fat white boy with sweaty neck and thigh rub.....is kerosene. K-1
I will never have a problem when I use that on my hat / clothes / and sometimes my arms.

Got that tip from old timer farmer friends. Usually rubbing the brim of my hat chases the bugs away.

haha.

dippins were jus' sweet baby ray's, ranch w/ frank's, & no-salt ketchup w/ granulated garlic in it.
i luv honey on chix; i'll try the honey-garlic soon~
 
Thanks L, it was good but wasn't anything compared to my favorite Thai place in San Francisco :)
