Dijon Eggs Sandwich...

Scramble 1/2 cup egg whites in cooking spray. Place on toasted whole wheat English muffin spread with 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard and top with 1 oz. reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese and 1/4 cup cubed hass avacado.
