Curried Tuna Appetizer

1 can (6 1/21 to 7 oz) tuna
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 c minced celery
2 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
2/3 c chopped parsley, fresh or dried

With fork, stir tuna and its oil until finely flaked. Stir in mayo and remaining ingredients, except parsley. Shape into ball and roll in the chopped parsley, coating heavily. Chill

Serve on small tray with a server knife. Ad a variety of small crackers around the ball.
