It smells fantastic. The Gruyère is getting ripe and does well in this.

This is too moist for my liking. One recipe said to sauté the spinach with the the onions, which I did. Another recipe said to use cooked or frozen spinach and squeeze out the water which I should have done. It still tastes good, though.

Today’s didn’t fluff up like the others. This is one with broccoli and three cheeses.
