Crustless Pumpkin Pie

1 can pumpkin
4 eggs
sweetener to equal 1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup heavy cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all with an electric mixer. Pour in a greased 9" pie pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, until set and lightly browned. Chill before slicing, keep refrigerated. Serve with whipped cream.
