I'd probably use Tony Cachere's for the seasoning, but less since it's pretty salty.

When I saw these today I grabbed a pack.
I don't recall them being this cheap? in quite some time.

I have everything on the list of seasonings to make the one posted.
You're right, Cachere's is salty.
Haven't used it for years.
I'll go without the salt or very little.

I’ve tried this before with straight up bbq sauce and sliced onions. I posted this somewhere a long time ago, somewhere… and someone said they added orange juice concentrate to the mix and it turned out pretty good. Can’t remember how much.

I like the way your bbq sauce thinned out after cooking in the crock. I see that you added sauce at plating, but I'd like them as is.

The recipe said it would, and I had some sauce left to add at the end.
