Crispy BBQ Pork Strips

3 c crisp rice cereal
1 t mesquite chicken seasoning
1/2 c bbq sauce
3 T apple juice
1/4 c AP flour
1 lb boneless pork chops (1/2" thick)

Set oven to 400.

Put cereal in shallow plate. Mix in the seasoning and set aside.
Combine juice and bbq sauce in a small bowl.
Put flour in a shallow plate.

Trim any fat off the chops and cut into 1/2" strips.
Coat in flour, dip in sauce, then roll in cereal.

Place on foil lined sheet.
Bake 30 minutes. Do not cover or turn during baking.

Makes 12 strips
