Ingredients​

  • ½ pounds chicken wings split and tips removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions​

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Use a paper towel to pat the wings dry.
  • In a medium bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Bake wings 20-22 minutes until skin is crisp, flipping the wings after 10 minutes.
  • Remove wings from air fryer and toss with additional salt and pepper or desired sauce.

Here's the one I'll be using today.


Ingredients​

  • 6 whole chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions​

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C).​

  • Clean and pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Then, place them in a bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix until the poultry is well coated.
  • Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
  • Air Fry at 400°F (204°C) for 25 minutes (flip after 12 minutes) or until the skin is crispy and golden brown .

These wings are so big, only 3 will fit in my air fryer at a time lol
I'm doing them in batches, and will do some of the others in the oven.
These I basted with honey and garlic.
