Condolences to Newnork on her Grandmother's passing

My lovely daughter-in-law, Newnork, just lost her grandmother. Because she is so pregnant, going up for the funeral is out of the question. I know how hard this is for her not to be able to be with her relatives during this difficult time. If you could keep her in your thoughts, it would be much appreciated.

You're in my thought and prayers.

Its odd but there always seems to be a loss of a loved one when a baby is near to come. My father passed right before my daughter was born and I know many others with similar stories. IMO I think they are meant to be their guardian angels. God Bless them both.

One of my beloved grandmother's favorite flowers was pansy - thanks for posting that (I get teary, as I do whenever I think of her).

Thank you all for your thoughts, prayers and condolences. My family and I have taken comfort in the fact that she is at rest, now, and that she lived a very full and wonderful life. Just because she is no longer on this Earth doesn't mean she is not still a part of all of us. Thanks again, for the kind words...it has meant a lot to me.
