Chocolate Covered Blueberries

The blueberries looked so big and beautiful that I bought a pint. Had some semisweet chocolate bits so looked up a recipe.

Guess I nuked the chocolate too long as it seized. My berries aren't pretty, but they're tasty.

Next time, dark chocolate and sprinkles of sea salt.

2 cups blueberries, dried well
1 cup chocolate bits
1 1/2 T. Butter

In a large bowl, microwave chocolate until melted. Still in butter. Add blueberries.

Drop onto cookie sheet lined with wax or parchment paper. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
