I have the Costco chicken carcass on a simmer and a brunoise of carrots, celery, and onions on the hob.

Nancy is about ready to make an angel food cake so I best get out of the kitchen.

What are you going to use for pasta? I prefer barly, but Israeli cous cous is my favorite pasta - holds up the best over time.
