Chicken-mushroom pie

Dough:
150 g butter
3 dl wheat flour (1,2 cup)
0.5 dl milk (0,2 cup)
0.5 tsp salt

Mix butter and flour by your fingers. Add the milk, stir quickly into a dough. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish.

Filling:

cooked chicken meat
vegetable strips (I used frozen vegetables, cooked them 3 minutes in the water)
mushroom sauce (I used chantarelles)
grated cheese (I used mozzarella cheese but some other kind of cheese goes as well)
herbs (basil, rosemary)

Mushroom sauce:

200 g mushrooms
1 onion
3 tbs butter
2 tbs wheat flours
1,5 dl water (0,6 cup)
2 dl cream (0,8 cup)
salt
black pepper
parsley, chopped

Dice the mushrooms. Chop the onion.
Sauté the mushrooms in a dry pan until all the liquid has evaporated. Add the butter and chopped onion.
Sprinkle with wheat flour and fry for a while. Add water and cream. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.
Season with salt,black pepper and chopped parsley.

Add to the baking dish with chicken meat and veggies.
Sprinkle grated cheese on the top.

Bake at 225 degrees C/437 F for 25 - 35 minutes.
