I used a base recipe and made it my own. I hope you enjoy it ☺

In a large mixing bowl, combine the following ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1/3 c cooked bacon pieces
1 Tbsp Ranch seasoning
1/4 c green onions, chopped 1/4 inch pieces
1 large beaten egg
1 c shredded Mexican cheese
1 Tbsp coconut flour, or 1 1/2 Tbsp all purpose flour
Vegetable, Canola or Avocado oil
Combine all ingredients with your hand until all is incorporated. Make 4 even patties, or 8 smaller ones if using as an appetizer. Place patties on a plate and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, that keeps the patties from falling apart as they are very moist.
In a 12” skillet, pour oil in just enough to cover the bottom of the pan completely.
Heat pan to medium (or a 6 on your dial) until you see the oil start to wave.
Take patties out of the fridge and place in the pan so they do not touch.
Fry for 4 minutes or until you notice the side of the patties are cooked halfway, then flip. Make sure they are golden brown and juices are clear (DO NOT SMASH UNLESS YOU WANT A DRY PATTY)
Remove from pan to rest on a plate for 5 minutes before serving.
