You know the dip you can get in most restaurants? Well, I've made it at home with a fun new twist. Pick your favorite spinach artichoke dip and make it as usual but omit the artichoke hearts. Instead prepare several regular artichokes, simmer them for about 30 minutes with half a lemon squeezed. Then de-choke your artichoke, stuff with dip and top wit breadcrumbs. Bake at 375 for about 15-20 minutes until the tops are browned to you liking. You can serve with bread or just use the artichoke leaves to eat the dip.
