Has anyone tried the Caribou Lou cocktail here? I'm looking for the correct recipe and what do you recommend it go with. Thanks.

I haven't tried it, but it sounds delicious!

1 oz Malibu rum (or other coconut rum)
5 oz pineapple juice
Highball Glass
