As I may have stated elsewhere Nancy has been making jelly with berries we got last year and frozen. The first batch was a mix of local strawberries, our sour cherries, and local raspberries. I think the second batch was blackberries. Quite tasty...

Tea time... lightly toasted bread and dregs of strawberry jelly mix. I may have ruined supper.

I don't think I've ever had dill pickle relish - bet it's delicious!

My friend gifted me dill seed that is aromatic and delicious. I used a touch of it along with some dill weed. I have high hopes for it. I love dill relish. It goes well on sausages, hotdogs and many other things, but it is not something you use consistently. I found larger jars would linger too long which is why I decided to use small jars. If you were near, I would have to invite you over!
