I watch "Beat Bobby Flay" often (love Bobby!) and see that he frequently uses Calabrian chiles in his dishes.
They are 10x hotter than jalapenos in Scoville units and I think (most) jalapenos are about my limit of heat preference. I'm just wondering if the flavor of the Calabrian chiles is worth my trying the additional heat.
