I'm always looking for something new to do with the same old low carb veggies. This is very good.
Cabbage In Sour Cream
1/2 head cabbage, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
1/3 cup sour cream
In a non-stick skillet, sauté the cabbage in the butter until tender and lightly browned. Remove from heat. Stir the bouillon into the sour cream, then stir the sour cream into the cabbage.
