I am so tickled by this Luckytrim-inspired burger and eggs dish, that I wanted to start a thread of its own.

I LOVED this!! Not sure what it is about this combination, but it absolutely hit the spot!

I used Eggbeaters and reduced fat 4-Cheese Italian cheese. Grilled zucchini with parm cheese.

I like a burger with a nice bark, soft scrambled eggs, sliced and dressed tomato with hot vinegar banana pepper rings on the side.

Decided on tomatoes instead of potatoes.
Big slice of Velveeta on to melt in the covered pan.

I'm close. I am on a soft boiled egg kick lately. Then I like Jimmie Dean Sausage too. I buy the tube of sausage slice off a patty press it very thin and chop it up and mix it in my soft boiled eggs. Add a couple oats of KerryGold butter and its nice.
