This is WICKED easy and excellent! So moist and tender!

Braised Asian Chicken Breasts

4 chicken breast halves

1/4 cup soy sauce
4 teas. sesame oil
2 T. honey
3 slices ginger root, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced


Mix all marinade ingredients. Place chicken breasts in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Let marinade in fridge for at least 4 hours, turning occasionally.

Put a piece of aluminum foil in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Place the chicken in the dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.

Bake for 45 minutes to an hour (mine were huge, so I went the hour), basting occasionally.

Sure does look good, and I love Wicked Easy! I'll give them a shot...love the Asian flavors on chicken.

Made this again last night and I am loving it!

I used a smaller pan, so that the chicken fit in there snugly, and so that the marinade bathed as much of the meat as possible.

SO tender and juicy, I can't get over it!
