Blueberry Smoothie

1 pint fresh blueberries or 2 cups (10 oz.) frozen blueberries -- slightly thawed
1 cup pineapple juice (or Orange Juice)
1 container (8 oz.) lowfat vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoon sugar

Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Wash fruits and spinach.
  2. Chop the spinach leaves at random.
  3. Peel the apple, peel the kiwi. Cut them into medium pieces.
  4. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl. Squeeze the juice of half an orange and add the nuts. Beat all ingredients with a blender until smooth. If the smoothie is thick, you can add 30-50 ml of drinking water and beat again.
  5. Pour the green smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
