Biscuity Cheesy Meatballs

[Sass Muffin]

2 c Bisquick
1/2 lb hamburger
3 c sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1 c milk
1 T sage
1 t garlic-minced
1 t salt
1 t black pepper
1 t paprika
1 t cayenne pepper
1 t rosemary
1 t ground mustard

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add hamburger, cheese, and milk.
Mix well.
Shape into balls and flatten slightly.
Bake 20-25 minutes.

Yep!

1 c plain yogurt
1/4 t dill weed
1 T minced onion
1 T minced cilantro

Or a sweet bbq sauce.
