Lee, this is in no way going to be as creamy as the recipe looks.
I don't have an immersion blender, so it's actually more soupy/cheesy/brothy..
But, it's fantastic tasting and is a bit pricey to make considering the ingredients.
I paid $$ just for the Orrington Farms chicken base. Lol
