there is no such thing as "Slaw mix" in my market - the angel hair bit I take to mean finely/thinly sliced.

that's the problem with these kinds of "recipes" - if the premade stuff doesn't exist in one's world, they're useless lacking any clue of what is in the "mystery bag"
