3 - 4# of legs and thighs remove skin
soak about 1 hour in a solution of 1/2 white vinegar and water enough to cover
Drain and coat with paprika, black pepper and dried thyme (go light on the thyme.
Put on a medium grill and turn every 15 minutes.
In a deep bowl combine 1 can of beer and 1 bottle of BBQ sauce (the cheaper stuff works best Kraft or Open Pit)
After the second turn, individually dip each piece in the sauce and return to the grill. Repeat the process 3 -4 every 5 minutes or so.
