This is commercial yield, so ignore the quantity. Please note that I AM using a towel this time; it's to shield my hand from the flames. Unfortunately, it didn't really flare much. Also, I didn't really get the pan hot enough, so it didn't sizzle as much as it should have.

@Sass - You should hear how many of the residents at the retirement home mention that if they tried sauteing, with just one pan, that it would be all over the floor, walls, ceiling, etc.

@Cuisinette - Those juggers vids are addicting! Unfortunately, my boat just isn't quite big enough for that, or I would be doing it on a regular basis myself.
