Here's our delicious Sunday dinner. I put Bam's rub on the ribs at about 8 a.m. and they went on the grill, on indirect heat, at about 6 p.m. These were some odd ribs - I thought they were baby backs, but DH said the package just said back ribs. The portion I got tasted mushy and undercooked, even though they were cooked through. DH and I switched partway through dinner - mine were more like dark meat and his were more firm, like white meat. Weird. But delicious! Thanks again, Bam!
