i was craving soup tonight and this is what i came up with
1 small onion,mince
3-4 cloves garlic,minced
2-3 boneless pork loin chops, trimmed of fat,cut into small strips
1 1lb bag frozen stir fry veggies
32 oz beef & chicken stock( 2 large containers)
1/4 - 1/2 cup soy sauce for soup
2 tbl soy sauce to put onto pork strips
left over spaghetti
Mrs.Dash original
fresh black pepper
garnish:
chopped spring onion
chile oil(i used my first hot sauce
)
add the 2tbl soy sauce and a generous amount of Mrs.Dash to the pork, then fry until cooked in a big pot
add onions and garlic, cook until transparent
deglaze the pot with a little stock and then add the rest.You may need to add some water depending on how much soup you want
bring to a boil, add veggies and the rest of the soy sauce.
bring back up to a boil, then simmer for approx. 15 minutes.
when ready to eat, add noodles to bowls and let the soup heat the noodles up.
garnish with some spring onions, stir in some chile oil. Enjoy
