5 thin sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
10-12 slices of classic cut bacon
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
3 Tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 c whole milk
2 jalapeños (or 1 for a milder flavor) seeded and chopped
2 garlic cloves, quartered
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion powder or granulated
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Place chicken on a sheet of waxed paper. Sprinkle both sides with garlic salt, onion powder. Wrap each breast in 2 slices of bacon. Melt butter in a heavy skillet on medium high heat and add chicken. Fry 5 minutes each side until bacon gets crispy and chicken is almost done. Place chicken in oven proof dish into a 325 degree oven to finish chicken and keep warm.

In a blender or food processor add cream, milk, chopped jalapeños, garlic, garlic salt, cayenne (if using). Pulse on high until combined. Pour into same skillet stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and stir in parmesan cheese until melted. Add chicken to pan with sauce. Optional garnish of chopped cilantro, parsley and sliced jalapeños.
