I grilled a pork tenderloin recently and made the following sauce to go with it. This sauce could also be used on chicken or beef.
Asian-Inspired Barbecue Sauce
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1 tsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. chili/garlic sauce
Mix all together; add more of any ingredient to taste. Brush on grilled or roasted meat, or serve as a dipping sauce.
