- 1 small red cabbage , finely shredded
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Small piece fresh root ginger , peeled and finely sliced
- 2 garlic cloves , chopped
- 2 ½ T cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 spring onions , finely sliced
- toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 T sesame oil
