I really am not too sure because I generally dont buy these things.

Pork Shoulder Country Ribs: $0.99 / lb - Yes

Pork Spare Ribs: $0.99 / lb - Yes

Chicken Leg Quarters $0.49 / lb - Typical

Catfish Nuggets $1.99 / lb - Don't know - I don't buy these

Pork Stew: $0.99 / lb - I'm not sure what this is. It's a good sale price for pork butt/shoulder, although I prefer to buy a 3-4-lb. hunk of either and cut it up myself. You usually get more even pieces that way, and you know what part you're buying.

Steak Taco Meat: $2.99 / lb - Not sure what this is. I would want to know what part of the cow it's from in order to know how to prepare it. A tougher cut would need a longer marinating time.

Well the pork stew is usually nice pieces of pork cubes 2"x2" but Im not sure where its from on the pig. The taco meat is some type of chopped steak and is fairly fatty. Its not ground beef. :thumb:

I would snap up those chicken leg-and-thigh quarters in a heartbeat! The cheapest I've seen those lately is $0.59/lbs.

Taco meat = Flank steak?

99 cent spare ribs: If they come in frozen 10 lb boxes they're so so, and not such a super deal. The slabs are very small with very little meat.
