Apple Oatmeal Pie

500 g tart apples, sliced*
1 dl sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon

Dough:
50 g melted butter
2 1/2 dl sour cream
juice of 1 lemon
1 dl brown sugar
1/2 dl minced almonds
1 dl rolled oats
2 dl wheat flours
1 teaspoon baking powder

1. Place the apple slices on a pie dish.
2. Melt the butter, add to it cream, lemon juice, rolled oats and other dry ingredients.
3. Pour the doung to the pie dish.
4. Bake at 200 degrees C (400 F) for 30 - 45 minutes or until pie is brown surface (depending the size of the dish).
5. Serve with vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream.

*You can also use pieces of rhubarb instead of apples.

Thanks about measure information - it helps me too to understand many recipes in here.

I just made and ate that tart - it leaves soft aftertaste of cinnamon to the mouth.
