Antipasto skewers

Took these to a girlfriends' sleepover yesterday and they were a hit. They were just part of a spread we grazed on over the afternoon and evening, with homemade hummus, pesto, Brandywine tomato bruschetta, homemade rye bread, chips, crackers.

Had a marathon game of Trivial Pursuit which lasted well into the evening.

Strawberry shortcake for breakfast.

Peep, I did this, but added marinated mushrooms and roasted red peppers.

I would add the marinated mushrooms and leave out the pasta.

Maybe add pepperoni and sopressata.
