Anna’s Fuscilli & Ricotta Pasta
1 pound of Fuscilli
8 Tbsp of Butter
1 pound of Ricotta Cheese
Grated Cheese Romano or Parmesan
Cook fuscilli as directed
Reserve a little pasta water 1/2 cup
Drain and place in a warm serving dish
Toss with melted butter, Ricotta and pasta water.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and garnish with parsley.
This is a simple delicious dish to prepare on busy nights. Trish
