They are very soft! I baked them at 350° for the maximum amount of time, 13 minutes so I’m not sure if they should have baked longer. They taste great!

I have my multi grain bread dough going in the bread machine. I think I’ll make one plain loaf and one cinnamon raisin loaf. I’ll probably let the dough rest till tomorrow.

Thank you, Lee. I only use the bread machine to make the dough. I baked a loaf in the machine and didn't like the finished bread with the big holes in the bottom where the paddles are.
