It was a bowl of this hot spicy soup, then a slice of pizza DD brought me.

Not a hint for what to cook. I had an egg omelet with cheese and green onions. No lunch today, but after my nap, I'm sure I will be coming up with something.

Tinamommy made Greek Moussaka with 2 nice eggplants. She then made a coconut custard pie, (my favorite ).

Leftover spaghetti and meat balls was a filler upper today; nothing great. Tomorrow is planned to make Moussaka with the nice eggplants Tina picked up at the market today.

Not a clue of what to have for supper. Tina is shopping for groceries now; so who knows what she will pick up. I know she will be at Aldi's market, so I'm sure she will make a good decision.....

The hottest and humid day of the year, Tina made ham and pea soup. Then, she made a chocolate fudge cake. It was good, but thank God for A/C cooling.

Leftover cod fish, and cavatelli with tomato sauce. Dessert will be banana bread that Tina baked this morning.... BTW, If any of you uses a lot of tomato products, stock up now because they are going to increase in price soon. Such as ketchup, BBQ sauce, canned tomatoes, etc etc. We use a lot...

Tina made supper tonight.... Cod in a butter / wine sauce, spinach, and Yellow Spanish rice.

Left over eggplant, and corn on the cob. Mussels for me also. Tina won't eat mussels or clams. Clams if cut small in NE clam chowder.

Donaldsons Farm Market Hackettstown, Allen Rd. / off Rt. 57 Mansfield Twp. NJ...... The best corn in the entire area. People rave over their corn. We always had great corn from their farm. I could make a meal just from corn, but now I have to watch the high carbs now that I'm a diabetic type 2.

We had nice grilled sirloin steaks, Silver Queen corn, and zucchini fritters that Tina made. DD made fresh made chocolate ice cream for dessert.....

The supper of chicken wings turned into Road Kill.... Cooking wings on a grill did not turn out so well. I ate one wing, and that was the end after the skin slapped my nose, like eating a raw skinned rabbit. Ma Ma Tina separated the burnt onions, and made a pot of chicken soup with the meal. I...

We are recouping from the 4th food frenzy. The wings salted and peppered, and slathered with onions, are in the Webber on the opposite part from the flame / heat, in a glass casserole pan cooking at 250 F. They should be done by about 5ish or so. We have plenty of macaroni and potato salad left...
