    Chicken question

    I just made some oven fried chicken and some corn bread to go with it. Corn bread was just a mix out of a box (shame on me)... :corny: Has anyone ever tried using the mix as a coating on fried chicken instead of or along with flour? :) THANKS

    Almond Toddy (our new favorite drink!)

    2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk 3 tablespoons sugar 2 ounces spiced rum 1 ounce brandy 1/3 teaspoon almond extract 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Heat all of the above in a sauce pan. Pour in to your favorite coffee mugs Sprinkle with a little more nutmeg Sit back and enjoy!

    Beef ribs in the oven?? HOW TO?

    so... I have some ribs waiting to be cooked... but I'm not sure how to do them... all I have is stove top and oven as the BBQ is out of propane and doesn't work very well any way. How would you experts prepare them? THANKS!:D
